Shipping Information
Shipping costs are determined by the current logistics situation. Please be aware that rates may rise during peak seasons, like holidays and year-end events, due to higher demand and limited carrier availability.

Estimated Time of Arrival

We process orders on business days (Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Time), excluding holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

To estimate your order’s arrival, please consider the following timeline:

  • Production & Processing Time: 5-10 business days
  • Shipping Time (starting from the date your order is shipped, not the date it is placed):
    • Standard Shipping: 7-20 business days
    • Priority Shipping: 5-7 business days
    • Express Shipping: 3-6 business days

Once your order is shipped, we’ll send a tracking link to your email, allowing you to monitor your package's progress.

If your order includes customization or personalization, please note it may take additional time for our designers to complete your request. The design time will vary depending on the complexity of the modifications. Thank you for your patience!

Order Tracking
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link to monitor your package’s journey. Please allow 5-10 days for the carrier to update their system with your package’s tracking information.

If tracking details are unavailable when you check, it may mean the carrier has not yet processed your parcel. Tracking events will appear once the package is scanned into their system.

If your package has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, please contact us, and we will promptly assist you.

Incorrect Address
It’s essential to provide accurate shipping information at checkout. Here’s why:

  • If there’s missing or incorrect address information that we identify, we’ll contact you to update it, which could delay delivery.
  • We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address or returned to sender due to errors in the provided shipping information. Returned orders will not be restocked and may be donated to charitable organizations.

Before reaching out to us, please double-check the shipping address you provided. Additionally, if you request the final carrier to forward or redirect your parcel after it has left our warehouse, we cannot be held responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Will My Items Be Shipped Together?
For logistical reasons, items in the same order may be shipped separately, even if you selected combined shipping at checkout.
