At Vintagemclasssic, your satisfaction is our top priority. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, simply reach out to us at support@vintagemclasssic.com, and we’ll work to resolve the issue. Please note that placing an order indicates your acceptance of the terms outlined below.
Order Cancellation or Modification
Changed your mind? No problem! You can email us at support@vintagemclasssic.com within 2 hours of placing your order. Be sure to include your order number and specify the changes or cancellation you need. Once your order is locked for processing after 2 hours, it can no longer be modified or canceled.
Please keep in mind:
- Orders requiring design modifications may take longer to process, and we cannot guarantee timely delivery in such cases.
- Personalized orders are immediately locked for processing upon completion and cannot be adjusted, so please review all details carefully before submitting your order.
Replacement & Refund Policy
We accept requests for replacements or refunds within 7 days of the delivery date. After this period, we are unable to accommodate such requests.
Due to hygiene considerations and the custom-made nature of our items, full refunds or exchanges are only provided under the following circumstances:
- The product arrives damaged due to production or shipping issues.
- The product delivered is incorrect.
- The product is defective.
Minor color differences (due to lighting) or variations of up to 20% from the advertised images (due to handmade production) are not considered defects.
In other scenarios, partial refunds (excluding shipping fees) may be offered.
How to File a Claim
To initiate a claim, please email support@vintagemclasssic.com with the following information:
- Your order number.
- Photos or videos clearly showing the issue with the product and the shipping label.
- For print-related issues, include photos highlighting the mistake.
- For sizing issues, include a photo with a measuring tape or ruler to verify dimensions.
Claim Review and Refund Process
Our team will carefully review your claim, and if it meets our eligibility criteria, we will process a replacement or refund. Please note that if you return an item without first consulting our team, and the return does not meet our specified requirements, a refund will not be issued.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer
We cannot take responsibility for orders delivered to incorrect addresses or returned to the sender due to customer input errors. Returned items are not restocked but are instead destroyed upon reaching the manufacturer’s facility.
For such cases, replacements will not be issued free of charge. We strongly encourage you to double-check all shipping details when placing your order to avoid any complications.
Refund Delays or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)
Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to process, depending on your bank or credit card provider. If you have not received your refund within this timeframe:
